🌝 Last night’s Full Harvest Moon πŸŒ

🀩 The last super moon of 2023 🀩

πŸŒ• This final supermoon is called the Harvest Moon in the northern hemisphere because it occurs close to the September equinox.

πŸŒ• When people were harvesting by hand, this bright supermoon helped light up the evening after the Sun went down, which gave some much-needed extra time to get the harvest in before winter.

πŸ₯œ Peanuts and tiny carrots πŸ₯•

I’m pulling up peanuts and these tiny carrots today while I’m waiting to see tonight’s harvest moon. 🌝 πŸ₯œ πŸ₯•

The squirrels plant the peanuts for me every year so I’ll save some for them. 🐿️ 🀎
